BROWNSVILLE, Texas (November 15, 2019) – The City of Brownsville is currently experiencing unprecedented momentum in investment and growth opportunities demonstrated by an increase in small and large-scale projects locating within the City, the Port of Brownsville and Cameron County. Commercial real estate brokers, developers, and general contractors are all taking note of the City’s “open for business” approach to development. It is for this reason that the City of Brownsville, in partnership with the Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation (GBIC) and Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC) with the support of RGV Partnership, Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (LRGVDC), joined in a collaborative effort to host the first of its kind, Explore The Possibilities Tour. “Not only is Brownsville open for business, but it is also focused on innovation, culture and streamlining the process for investors willing to relocate or open new businesses in our city. It is such a great time to be a part of the numerous opportunities that exist,” said Mayor Trey Mendez.
The Explore The Possibilities Tour will take place on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Brownsville Event Center, 1 Events Center Boulevard in Brownsville. The event will begin with a luncheon and presentation on Development Updates, Entrepreneurship Toolkits, and Incentive Programs, followed by a tour of available properties.
A special thanks to Explore The Possibilities Tour sponsors for their participation: Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, Edwards Abstract, Credit Management Concepts, and SAMES Inc.
